Saskia’s founders started the company as Human Resources professionals specialising in communication and professional etiquette consulting and training for companies in West Africa. The Saskia approach was to create customisable training programmes that address each client’s unique HR needs.

Saskia Consulting was started upon the realisation of an opportunity to create an approach to HR consultancy that was innovative and effective in Africa based on the ability to combine rigorous experience of communication and presentation training, with a practical and engaging theatre-performance training methodology that addressed common gaps in critical, yet overlooked skills in professionals at different career levels (personal branding, business etiquette and communication leadership).
